Shipping & Payment

• Advance payment by bank transfer – you will receive our bank details and your order number as the payment reference immediately after ordering, by e-mail and on the confirmation page.
• PayPal – on request we will send you a secure payment link after your order.

We do not offer payment during the ordering process (online payment). No fees are charged for using these payment methods.

All prices stated are final prices. Under the small business regulation (§ 19 German VAT Act) we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it separately.

• Physical items: flat shipping rate of €5.50 per order – regardless of the number of items.
• Digital content and vouchers: no shipping costs, delivery is by e-mail.

We ship physical items within Germany. International delivery is possible on request – please contact us before ordering so that we can quote the shipping costs. Digital content and vouchers are delivered worldwide by e-mail.

• Physical items: dispatch within 3–5 working days of receipt of payment; usual delivery time within Germany is a further 1–3 working days.
• Digital content and vouchers: provided by e-mail usually within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

Should it take longer in an individual case, we will inform you by e-mail without being asked.

All shipments are sent discreetly in neutral packaging. The parcel allows no conclusions to be drawn about its contents or about KF Escort. For hygiene reasons certain items are shipped sealed – please note the information in our Instructions for Cancellation.
